Joe Loonam (he/him) got involved with VOCAL-NY as a high school student in a misguided effort to stay out of trouble. Hector Barbosa (he/him) is one of VOCAL-NY’s PDSE Peer Educators. Hector is responsible for delivering PDSE services to New York City. He conducts weekly outreach & Narcan trainings at 3 locations. Hector is responsible for making supply packages for outreach and supports the PDSE team however he can.
